Project Overview

Context

Coursebox is a learning platform supporting multiple roles, including Super Admins, Course Creators, and Learners.

At the time of the project, the product was still evolving, with overlapping responsibilities and unclear assumptions about how users moved through the system.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was designing clear, role-specific experiences within a single platform.

Users struggled to understand how workflows connected, particularly where responsibilities, permissions, and outcomes overlapped. The team needed to reduce ambiguity and define clearer end-to-end flows.
